As CEO, Mariano drives the strategic direction of the company. Under his leadership, Onapsis has become one of the fastest-growing technology and cybersecurity companies in the world. 

Starting his career as a cybersecurity researcher, Mariano was the first to publicly present on cybersecurity risks affecting SAP platforms and how to mitigate them at major conferences such as RSA, Black Hat and SANS. He was the developer of the first open source ERP penetration testing framework and has discovered critical security vulnerabilities in SAP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft applications. 

Mariano has been interviewed and featured in mainstream media such as CNN, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Forbes and The New York Times. He has been distinguished by EY as "Entrepreneur of The Year 2018" and by MIT as a "Top 35 Innovator under the age of 35", as well as having been selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur. Prior to joining Onapsis, Ashish managed an array of products at Cybereason as the first executive hire and was instrumental in establishing the company and product as a leader in the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) market. Ashish was also an early executive at Veracode and helped create the first SaaS-based application security service. Annabel’s 15 years of tech industry experience include multiple mergers, acquisitions, IPO initiatives, and international expansion.  Prior to Onapsis, Annabel held executive positions responsible for several functions including legal, corporate information security, audit, strategic partnerships and business development.  Annabel served as General Counsel and Secretary for Singtel’s cybersecurity organization, where she helped lead key growth initiatives, including integrating its various security units into one organization, with over 2,000 employees and 200,000 customers.  While at Trustwave, through both organic growth and 15 acquisitions, Annabel helped transform this startup into one of the world's largest cybersecurity firms, culminating in its $850M-valued sale.

At IntSights Cyber Intelligence, he helped position the company as a leader in the next-generation enterprise threat intelligence market, working arm-in-arm with sales to grow the pipeline by 400% in less than two years and driving the company to the #1 position in Gartner’s Peer Insights “threat intelligence services” category. He is a board member of Endeavor, a non-profit organization that selects, mentors and accelerates high-impact entrepreneurs around the world. He is also a board member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to working with MercadoLibre, Mr. Galperin worked in the fixed income department of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in New York from June to August 1998, and at YPF S.A., an integrated oil company, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Galperin received an MBA from Stanford University and graduated with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
