As CEO and co-founder, Mariano manages the strategic direction of Onapsis. A respected authority in the business-critical application security/SAP cyber-security field, he was the first to publicly present on cybersecurity risks affecting SAP platforms and how to mitigate them. He is frequently invited to lecture at major security conferences such as RSA, Black Hat, SANS, SAP GRC and SAP TechEd, as well as at Fortune 100 companies and military organizations. With a background in cybersecurity, penetration testing and SAP security assessments, he discovered and helped fix several critical vulnerabilities in SAP applications. He also developed the first open source SAP and
ERP Penetration Testing frameworks. Mariano has been interviewed and featured in mainstream media such
as CNN, Reuters, IDG, WSJ and The New York Times and was distinguished by MIT in its list of 35 innovators
under the age of 35.

As CPO and co-founder, Victor is responsible for developing, implementing and aligning HR programs with business objectives. A true brand evangelist, Victor focuses on building a progressive organization that defines both culture and its people as the most important asset. Victor’s management experience has provided him with a deep knowledge of the company needs, structure and internal processes, which enables him to drive enterprise value. During his time at Onapsis, Victor has opened and operated branch offices overseas setting-up the necessary infrastructure to support the Company's rapid growth. His vision and capabilities have earned him recognition as “Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year 2012” by the Endeavor organization. Victor holds a Graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from Stanford University, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires. He also completed the Entrepreneurial Ventures Program at Harvard Business School.
Juan Pablo Perez-Etchegoyen

Juan Pablo leads the Research & Development teams that keeps Onapsis on the cutting-edge of the business-critical application security market. He is responsible for the design, research and development of Onapsis' innovative software solutions, and helps manage the development of new products as well as the SAP cyber-serurity research that has garnered critical acclaim for the Onapsis Research Labs. He is regularly invited to speak and host trainings at global industry conferences including Blackhat, HackInTheBox, Troopers, and SAP TechEd/DCODE. Prior to joining Onapsis, Juan Pablo led many Information Security consultancy projects for Companies in Latin America, EE.UU. and Europe. His strongest experience is in the field of Penetration Testing, Web Application Testing, Vulnerabilities Research, Information Security Auditing’s and Standards.
EVP Worldwide Sales
With more than 15 years of sales success, Jake leads Onapsis’ global sales strategy and operations. Prior to joining Onapsis, Jake served as the Divisional Vice President and General Manager at PTC where he was responsible for leading the $100M Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) business segment. His tenure at PTC also included senior leadership roles in corporate strategy, general management and in global sales, helping PTC more than double its revenues in the past 10 years. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
SVP, Customer Experience, Services and Solutions
With more than 20 years of corporate sales experience in the cyber-security industry, Stephen is responsible for fostering world-class customer experience at Onapsis from sales engineering to implementation and support. During his time at Onapsis he has helped to broaden the enterprise solution offering portfolio to support Onapsis’ reach into SaaS and cloud-based solutions. Prior to joining Onapsis Stephen served as VP of Professional Services at Utimaco (acquired by Sophos) where he developed focused solutions in key markets for healthcare, financial services and retail. Additionally, Stephen created the information security practice at EMC and has held VP management roles at IBM and Metiom. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in in Economics and Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University Vancouver.
Vice President of Finance and Operations
With more than 20 years of experience, Pablo oversees Onapsis’ corporate finance and business strategy. Prior to joining Onapsis, Pablo served as Corporate Finance and Business Strategy Consultant supporting both Senior Management and Boards of small and middle sized companies. Past roles also include financial responsibilities at Cargill, Amazon, and Ford. Pablo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, as well as an MBA in Finance from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Vice President of Marketing
With more than 15 years’ of marketing experience in the cyber-security industry marketing, Alex is responsible for overseeing the company's global marketing efforts including product marketing, branding, corporate communications, partner marketing and demand generation activities. Prior to joining Onapsis, Alex was the General Manager of the RSA Conference and Director of Campaigns at RSA, the security division of EMC where he earned the RSA Act Now Award in 2013. He has also held the title of Vice President of Marketing for Archer Technologies (acquired by RSA/EMC in 2010) where he helped position the company as the leading Enterprise GRC vendor in the world. Alex also held key marketing roles at McAfee and Tripwire, Inc. In 2010 Alex was selected as the B2B Marketer to Watch by Marketing News Magazine. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Missouri.
